I love to keep food simple. And I’ve been keeping peaches simple since I was rockin’ pig tails, and pink cowgirl boots. Peaches and cream was a breakfast staple I asked my mom to make often.
Since we live in a beautiful and abundant state with local u-pick farms surrounding us, we have the luxury of eating fresh produce all summer long. Whenever you have this kind of opportunity I highly recommend to keep your preparation of the produce simple. My recipe for peaches and cream does just that.
You can’t go wrong with fresh picked peaches. The sweetness, juiciness, and just complete perfection of this fruit fresh from the tree is something I wish for everyone to experience. Once you’ve experienced that, then you should experience peaches and cream shortly after.
