Blaze Pizza

Our family truly loves this beautiful city we live in. We are surrounded by nature, yet we have all the comforts and attractions of a big city with a smaller city feel. Yesterday we were able to get out and enjoy one of these many beautiful outdoor spaces we have around here. Riverfront park is always bustling with life, and one of the new attractions there is paddle boarding down the river thanks to rentals from Fun Unlimited. It was the first time for my three kids, and we didn’t fall in once!  But, with 90 degree weather it wouldn’t have been too bad if we did.

Of course after a good morning out on the water, everyone was so hungry (please say this with emphasis like my kids) for lunch. Just a hop, skip and a jump away was Blaze Pizza to the rescue.

This was the second time we have enjoyed this pizza joint. And, it did not disappoint. We enjoy this place for the variety, the price, and of course for the way it tastes.

When you are a family of five who all like different toppings on your pizza, variety is a life saver. And, when you are a family of five eating out gets expensive. This place is worth the price. You pay a flat price per your individual pizza(don’t let that size frighten you, it’s not tiny it’s just right) and then you load up on toppings Subway style. For me this is heaven sent, I love every single pizza topping known to man and, at any other place I would end up spending a small fortune.  Here you can have anything your heart desires from good ol’ pepperoni, sausage, pineapple and olives to fancy ricotta cheese, sautéed onions, bacon, pesto, and arugula. And much, much more.

Next time you are in the mood for pizza you should check this place out, and see and taste the massive list of toppings for yourself. Happy eatings everyone!

  1. Looks like so much fun! It has been awhile since I popped onto this blog but now I am officially a “follower” so I’ll be back by much more often.
